The properties available on Creative Office Space are commercial offices which can be listed for Lease, Sublease, and Sale.

Yes. We keep track of every property to only maintain updated listings on the Creative Office Space website.

You can use the filters on the homepage to select the state, city, or even search using the ZIP Code. There’s a button to see All Properties on the website as well.

When you click on a property, you can click on the image again to view the brochure, which contains the contact details of the brokers.

Creative Office Space website only provides the properties’ information. For a property viewing, you must contact the brokers.

No. You can list a property for free. However, we have a section for highlighted properties called “Hot Property”.

The Creative Office Space website allows brochures with a file size of up to 10MB for property listings.
